Guard Duty

Screen time you actually keep

Some apps don’t deserve unlimited access to you. Pick the apps that eat your time, choose how to guard them, and let iOS do the enforcing — blocks hold even when Guard Duty is closed.

• Three kinds of guardSchedules, daily limits and one-shot focus timers — all enforced natively by Apple’s Screen Time technology.
• Strictness that means itFrom instantly reversible to Locked, which cannot be switched off until the window ends. Your past self, protecting your present self.
• No silent failuresIf a guard ever can’t be enforced, Guard Duty says so on the spot — with the reason and a fix.
